Rasul Gamzatov Avenue
Description
Rasul Gamzatov Avenue is one of the main streets of Makhachkala, where solemn parades and national holidays are held. A pedestrian zone is allocated along its length, as well as a square with a wide paved alley. Here you can see busts of G. Tsadas, Peter I, a memorial to the deceased employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, monuments to A. S. Pushkin, R. Gamzatov and Yu. Akaev. Trees and flower beds are planted on the green area of the avenue. Benches, urns are placed along the pedestrian road, and picturesque wrought-iron lanterns are responsible for street lighting.
