Memorial'nyy dom-muzey G. Tsadasy

Description

Since 1967, a museum has been opened in the house of Gamzat Tsadasa. The first floor has been preserved in the form of a mountain hut. Here you can see how the highlanders lived about 50 - 60 years ago: adobe floors smeared with blue clay, an adobe hearth, which was found in every house. Among the exhibits are various agricultural utensils: a cart to which a couple of oxen were harnessed, threshing boards, and other household items. On the glazed veranda of the second floor of the house there is an exposition dedicated to the life and work of the poet, his family. Visitors will see photographs from the family archive, documents, books, and other personal belongings of the writer. Here you can learn about the life of the poet and his work.
