Description
Kizlyar Bay is one of the most important migratory stops and wintering points for birds on the western coast. Animals listed in the Russian and Republican Red Books live on the shore of the bay - this is a curly pelican, a small cormorant, a white-tailed eagle and others. A Dagestan reserve has been created in the water area of the bay, which occupies almost the entire area of the bay.
