Description
The Gunib Local History Museum keeps authentic artifacts of the Caucasian War: cannonballs, forged nails, horseshoes. Of great value is a personal set of surgical instruments, which was presented by the Russian surgeon and scientist Nikolai Pirogov to the self-taught doctor Kebedgadzhiyav from the village of Koroda. The museum was opened in 2001 and is a branch of the National Museum of Dagestan. A. Tahoe-Godi.
