Krepost' «Burgay-kala»
Description
In ancient times, there were three fortresses on the tops of the Kumukh hills: Khannal-kala, Chikkul-kala and Burgai-kala, which witnessed the battles against Nadir Shah. Local quarters and streets adjoined the buildings. The remains of the ancient and impregnable fortress Burgay-kala, imprinted on the top of the mountain.
